Okay, yes, I realize I skip a lot of things that could be elaborated on in my short stories. Most of them, I try to avoid this. However, fight scenes just elude me for some reason.
I mean, the damn things should be fun to write, and they are, for the most part- but after writing one or two it's just an endless montage of different ways to kill someone while sounding badass about it. It gets tiring after awhile, and every time I write "shot him through the chest with my rifle" it just sounds cheesy as hell and I immediately recoil from it.
Especially with the Adams stories. I mean, sure its fun to describe someone getting crushed to a pulp w
